Kathleen Cash Southard's Obituary
Kathleen Cash Southard, 94, widow of Calvin Jones Southard, of Staunton passed away Sunday, March 8, 2020 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Ms. Southard was born in Augusta County, Virginia on October 21, 1925, granddaughter of the late Benjamin and Rena Cash.
Kathleen retired from McQuay in 1988 and loved to work outside and take care of her flowers. She was an avid reader and was a loving mother.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Justin H. Southard; and a cousin who was like a sister to her, Mary Dell Link and her husband, Robert.
Surviving are her children, William Bryan Southard and Jacquelyn Southard Bosserman and a grandson, W. Bryan Southard, Jr.
A private graveside service will be held at Oaklawn Memory Gardens in Staunton.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of her arrangements.
