KATHLEEN L. RAPP

Kathleen Lynne Kathy(Connolly) Rapp, 55, wife of Steven F. Rapp of 103 Loch Drive, Staunton, passed away Tuesday, (December 9, 2008) in the Augusta Medical Center.
Mrs. Rapp was born on September 15, 1953 in Baltimore, Maryland a daughter of Eugene Paul and the late Frances Lorraine (Nevin) Connolly.
Kathleen was a member of the Barren Ridge Church of the Brethren and past President of the Robious Football League. She was retired from the Internal Revenue Service as a tax auditor and most recently worked part-time at Hajoca.
In addition to her father of Joppa, Maryland and her husband to whom she was married on September 16, 1972 survivors include a son; Gregory S. Rapp of Staunton; a daughter and son-in-law, Amy L. and her husband John F. Ramkey of Richmond; two sisters, Colleen Sigmon and Joy Stallard both of Joppa, Maryland also survive.
Active pallbearers will be Gregory Rapp, John Ramkey, Steven Sigmon, Bobby Sigmon, Steven Hall and Bob Sigmon.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, (December 13, 2008) in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Galen Combs.
The family will receive friends Friday, (December 12, 2008) from 6 to 8 p.m. in the funeral home and at other times her residence.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, is in charge of the arrangements.
