Karen Lee (Neil) Woods, 65, of 78 Old Burke Mill Road, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.

Mrs. Woods was born July 14, 1947 in Madison Wisconsin, a daughter of the late Arthur Richard and Bernice Neil.

Surviving are two sisters, Debbie N. Wade and her husband Jack and Beverley Neil all of Weyers Cave; brother, Roger Neil of Newport News and a niece, Angela Batton of Churchville.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2013 at St. Pauls Cemetery in Weyers Cave by Pastor Harold W. Pete Campbell.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, Virginia is in charge of her arrangements.
