Judy Maxine (Hall) Fielding, 68, widow of Wilson L. Fielding, of 641 Gypsy Avenue passed away Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at her residence.
Mrs. Fielding was born May 4, 1944 in Staunton, a daughter of the late William H. Hall, Sr. and Hallie Mae (Thompson) Hall.
Mrs.. Fielding worked for thirty years as a LPN for Western State Hospital, was retired from Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center and was currently employed at H\u0026R Block as an income tax preparer for thirty-five years. She enjoyed traveling, reading and gardening.
Surviving are two daughters, Dori L. Steffes and her husband Larry of Staunton and Dana A. Barton and her husband Douglas of Raphine; a brother, William H. Bill Hall, Jr. and his wife Shirley of Staunton; two step-sons, Joseph Fielding of Fishersville and Scott Fielding of Greenville; two grandchildren, Steven L. Sheets and his wife Kelly of Benson, NC and Taylor N. Martin of Harrisonburg; a great-granddaughter, Melaine Sheets; special friend, Duncan Puller; a number of nieces and nephews and her pet cat, Fluffy also survive.
A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 30, 2012 in Thornrose Cemetery by Pastor Harold W. "Pete" Campbell.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 29, 2012 at Coffman Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
