Jodi Lynn Daggy's Obituary
Jodi Lynn (Houff) Daggy, 57, wife of Thomas N. Daggy, Jr. of 1554 Tinkling Spring Road passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015 at her residence.
Mrs. Daggy was born on May 7, 1958 in Harrisonburg, a daughter of the late David Harding and Phyllis Irene (Berry) Houff.
Jodi attended the Church on the Hill in Fishersville. In 2014, due to her health, Jodi retired from Augusta Health with over thirty years of service. She had many responsibilities over the years which included being the Operating Room Education Coordinator and head of General Surgery. She was also a Certified Operating Room Nurse, and Register Nurse First Assistant in the Operating Room. Jodi enjoyed hiking, bicycling, birdwatching and reading.
In addition to her husband of twenty-five years, is a son, Joseph Thomas Daggy and his partner Jessica Mora of Staunton; a daughter, Jessica Lynn Daggy and her partner Max Showalter of Ashburn; a grandson, Miles Richard Showalter; and two sisters, Sandy Hall of Oklahoma and Debbie Grimm and her husband Carl of Churchville.
A Memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Sherrill Michael.
The family will receive friends following the service at the residence.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
