Jo Annis (Humbert) Eller, 92, widow of Harlan Hernley "Andy" Eller, of Crimora, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at the Shenandoah Hospice House in Fishersville.

Mrs. Eller was born in New Hope, Virginia on September 28, 1933, a daughter of the late Joseph Alvin Humbert and Naomi (Wright) Humbert.

Jo Annis graduated from Wilson Memorial High School, class of 1951. Their class was the first class that went all four years. She retired from the New Hope Telephone Co-op where she served as a secretary treasurer for 32 years. Jo Annis was a member of Bridgewater Church of the Brethren and was very active in their choir. In her spare time, Mrs. Eller enjoyed crocheting and gardening.

In addition to her parents and husband of 63 years, Mrs. Eller was preceded in death by her son-in-law, David A. Senger.

Surviving, is a daughter, Jo Lynne (Eller) Senger of Crimora; a son, Kevin Humbert Eller and his wife, Karol of Sterling; a sister, Donna (Humbert) Harner and her husband, Jim of New Hope; three grandchildren, Chris Senger and his wife, Kris, Jason Eller and his wife, Elise, and Lindsey Eller and her fiancée, Zachary Muse; a great-granddaughter, Koralyn Senger; and a niece, Trisha (Harner) Black.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at Bridgewater Church of the Brethren.

The family will receive friends following the service.
