Jimmy Scott Wood, 81, husband of Jacqueline H. Wood, of Mount Sidney, passed away on a year ago today, on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Mr. Wood was born in Tennessee on February 11, 1941, a son of the late Joseph Wood and Anna (Cox) Wood.

Jimmy was employed as used car manager for over 40 years at various car dealerships and retired from Steven Toyota. He enjoyed playing golf and being in the outdoors.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Wood is survived by his daughter.

The family would like to extend a special "Thank you" to Heartland Hospice and his special friends, Max Miller and Jerry Sheets.
