Jill Elaine (Smith) Matson, 54, of Aiken Street passed away Friday, September 13, 2019 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Mrs. Matson was born on March 7, 1965 in LaFollette, Tennessee, a daughter of Jessica Marie (Lawson) Henley.

Mrs. Matson was the manager of the Clock Tower Restaurant.

Surviving in addition to her mother is a son, Jacob Wayne Gould; a brother, Billy Wayne Henley, Jr.; a sister, Jane DelConte Ruby and husband Richard; a niece, Jessa DelConte; several nephews; and her companion, Curtis Barton Boyd also survive.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the home of her sister and brother-in-law, 111 Oak Terrace in Staunton.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
