Jean S. Cash

Fishersville:

Jean (Sensabaugh) Cash, 73, wife of David L. Cash, of 13 Locust Hill Lane, Fishersville, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013 surrounded by her family at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Cash was born on April 23, 1940 in Augusta County a daughter of the late Samuel G. and Louise (Conner) Sensabaugh.
Mrs. Cash was a chartered member of Christian Fellowship Baptist Church and a current member of Fishersville Baptist Church. She was a retired dental assistant with 29 years of service for Dr. H. D. Deane, and she enjoyed her grandchildren and always putting her family first.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Cash was preceded in death by a brother, Robert M. Sensabaugh and a nephew Mark S. Kerby.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 55 years is a son, D. Scott Cash of Fishersville; a daughter, Jackie Wagner and her husband Jeff of Fishersville; two granddaughters, Jacqueline Laconi and her husband Gabriel, and Morgan L. Cash; four sisters, Shirley Fravel and husband Eriskine of Stuarts Draft, Peggy Simmons of Stuarts Draft, Heber Coffey of Charlottesville, and Charlene Kerby and husband Lemuel of Stuarts Draft; a brother, Samuel W. Sensabaugh and wife Gay of Stuarts Draft; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 29, 2013 at Fishersville Baptist Church by Pastor Steve Parker and Pastor Marshall Braylow.
Interment will follow in the Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery, Stuarts Draft.
Active pallbearers will be George Taylor, Billy Koiner, Mickey Conner, Italo Laconi, Jeffrey Gustkey, and George Brinkley.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 p.m. Monday, May 27, 2013 at Fishersville Baptist Church, or other times at the residence.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to the Preston L. Yancey Fire Department, 2015 Jefferson Highway, Fishersville, Va 22939 or to the charity of ones choice.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
