James Anthony Cvecich, 85, widower of Shirley (Hullfish) Cvecich of 1220 Railroad Avenue, Goshen passed away Friday, February 10, 2012 in Shenandoah House, Fishersville.

Mr. Cvecich was born January 29, 1927 in New York, N.Y., a son of the late Joseph and Josephine (Cvecich) Cvecich.

James was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hopewell, New Jersey and a member of the Amwell Masonic Lodge #12 for fifty years. Mr. Cvecich was retired from Princeton University as a facilities manager.

In addition to his wife and parents, Mr. Cvecich was preceded in death by a son, Joseph I. Cvecich, a brother Bill Cvecich and a sister, Mitzi Cvecich.

Surviving is a daughter, Jamie Cvecich of Goshen, VA, a twin sister, Florrie Cvecich, and a sister-in-law, Jennie Cvecich.

A Graveside service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 13, 2012, in Highland Cemetery, Hopewell, N.J. by the Rev. Dennis ONeill.

It is suggested that memorial contributions be made to Shenandoah Hospice House, 111 North Campus Lane, Fishersville, VA 22939.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
