In addition to her parents, Irene was preceded in death by her siblings, Margaret Cassa, Kathleen Chittum, and Gary Altenburg.

Surviving, are her sons, Thomas Hazlett and his fiancé, Kristy Baber and David Hazlett and his wife, Shenan; grandchildren, Katelyn Davis and her husband, Kevin, Brandon Baber, Natalie Baber, Sage Tuttle and girlfriend, Jasmin, Sawyer Tuttle, Finn Tuttle, and Béla Tuttle; great-grandchild, Jack Davis; sister-in-law, Robin Altenburg; nieces and nephews, Tracey Alexandrou, Alex and Alexis Altenburg, Debbie and Danny Newman; and many beloved extended family members.
