Inez (Back) Moneymaker, 86, widow of Vincent Leon Moneymaker of Ranson Street, Staunton, passed away Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the home of her son and daughter-in-law in Churchville.

Mrs. Moneymaker was born in Augusta County, Virginia on March 19, 1937 a daughter of the late William McKinley Back and Cordia (Miller) Back.

Inez was member of Waynesboro Church of Christ. She was retired from A.S.R. as a machine operator and later worked at Cracker-Barrel.

In addition to her husband of 65 years and parents, Mrs. Moneymaker was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles, Stanley and Galen Back; and two sisters, Edith Bird and Sylvia Lynn.

Mrs. Moneymaker was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by three sons, William Scott Moneymaker, Bryce Dwayne Moneymaker and his wife Lydia and Robert Tracy Moneymaker and his wife Nicole "Nikki" Moneymaker all of Churchville; four grandchildren, Derrick Moneymaker, Jason Moneymaker and his wife Heather and Darrell Moneymaker and Jesse Lane; a great-grandchild, Damien Moneymaker; a special niece, Virginia "Ginny" McNealy and numerous other nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, January 5, 2024 in the Waynesboro Church of Christ by Rev. Allen Close.

The family will receive friends following the service.
