Harold Eugene Craig, 79, of Stuarts Draft, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at his residence.

Mr. Craig was born in Staunton, Virginia on August 14, 1946 a son of the late Harry Lynwood Craig, Sr. and Louise Margaret (Shaner) Craig.

Harold retired from Meade Trucking Company as a truck driver and was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda (Craig) Brawley.

Surviving is a son, Travis E. Craig; a brother, Harry Lynwood Craig, Jr.; two sisters, Betty (Craig) Cason and her husband, Woodie and Peggy (Craig) Hill; a granddaughter, Peyton Craig; and a number of nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.

A Celebration of life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at Christ Lutheran Church by Pastor Daniel Hess.

Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
