Glenn Ralston Poppy Driver, 65, husband of Helen Louise Ellie (Caviola) Driver of 332 Mary Gray Lane passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mr. Driver was born in Staunton on May 22, 1948, a son of the late James L., Sr. and Ruby (Ralston) Driver.
Glenn was retired from Hollister, Inc as a Production Technician and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He attended Southside Church of God and was a loving and caring man to everyone. He enjoyed fishing, tinkering on cars and was known as a JACK OF ALL TRADES.
Surviving in addition to his wife of thirty-four years, are two sons, Glenn Louis Driver and his companion, Ashley Campbell of Miami, FL and James Winston Driver and wife Daisy of Middlebrook; a step-daughter, Melissa Marie Pollock of Longmont, CO; a brother, James L. Driver, Jr. of Roanoke; and a grandson, Jeremiah Austin Driver and his mother, Jennifer Bottmiller.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 28, 2014 at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Phillip Morgan.
Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memory Gardens.
