Georgia Ann Robertson's Obituary
Georgia Ann (Taylor) Robertson, 79, of 106 Biltmore Street passed away Friday, November 20, 2015 at her residence.
Mrs. Robertson was born on September 14, 1936 in Macon, GA, a daughter of the late Elmer Thomas and Mary Elizabeth (Rickman) Taylor.
Mrs. Robertson was retired from Unify where she was employed as an environmental service specialist. She enjoyed fishing, working in her garden and exploring flea markets.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Robertson was preceded in death by a son, Michael K. Robertson and a daughter, Bessie Zimmerman.
Surviving are two sons, Gary D. Robertson and Marvin Mitchell Robertson, Jr. both of Norfolk; three daughters, Deborah S. Jordan and her husband Douglas of Fayetteville, NC, Teresa A. Hiner and her husband Ronald and Angela D. Nolf and her husband Delbert all of Staunton; ten grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Robertson was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
A Memorial service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 2015 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Douglas Jordan.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Burial will be private.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
