Gene Everette Zenzen's Obituary

Gene Everett Zenzen/Geno Zenzen, 57, husband of Marlene H. (Feldhous) Zenzen of 42 McCray Lane, Churchville passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at his residence.
Gene was born October 19, 1952 in Willmar, MN a son of Evariste Bernard Zenzen and the late Joyce Edwinna (Holt) Zenzen.
Mr. Zenzen was the former owner/operator of All-of-Em Vacuums on Greenville Ave. and was employed at the Food Lion Store in Harrisonburg. He was a member of the Verona Moose Lodge #2172; he loved music, playing his guitar and mandolin and spending time with his family.
In addition to his Mother, Gene was preceded in death by an Aunt Flora Zenzen.
Surviving in addition to his father of Rice, MN and wife Marlene to whom he married on October 6, 1973, he is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Sean G. Zenzen and his wife Jessica E. of High Point, NC, Chad E. Zenzen and his wife Cara R. of Verona and Kevin S. Feldhous and his wife Sarah of Rockville, MN; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Mark E. Zenzen of Sartell, MN and Troy R. Zenzen and his wife Anne of Lynchburg, VA; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Dawn A. Muscala and her husband James of Monticello, MN, Lynn E. Gohman and her husband John of Becker, MN and Jodi B. Zenzen of Charlottesville, VA; four grandchildren, Ella Jean Zenzen, Alicia, Alexandra and Zachary Feldhous; two nieces, Emily J. Gohman and Alexandra K. Zenzen; five nephews, Matthew Gohman, Trevor Gohman, Dylan Zenzen, Blake Zenzen and Christopher Zenzen; and his pet dog Gonzo.
A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2010 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Kelly Lyn Logue.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Friday evening, March 5, 2010 in the funeral home.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to the Staunton/Augusta S.P.C.A., 33 Archery Lane, Staunton, VA.
