Gary M. Doyle
STAUNTON:

Gary Michael Mike Doyle, 54, husband of Trixie (Fisher) Doyle of 720 Bull Run passed away Thursday, August 18, 2011 at his residence.
Mr. Doyle was born June 22, 1957 in Waynesboro, a son of the late Charles Franklin Pete and Mary Catherine (McGuffin) Doyle.
He was employed as the night supervisor for Martins Foods in Staunton. Mike was very family oriented and enjoyed his grandchildren, he loved to cook out, he enjoyed the music of Jimmy Buffett and was an avid NASCAR fan of Darrell Waltrip.
In addition to his wife of 16 years, Mr. Doyle is survived by a daughter, Mandy M. See and her husband Clay W. of Mt. Solon; three brothers, Frank Doyle and his wife Alice C. of Columbia, S.C., Wayne Doyle and his wife Doris S. of Staunton, Denny Doyle and his wife Pam of Stuarts Draft; two grandchildren, Rachel Mohler and Cooper See; two aunts, Shirley Surbaugh and her husband Kenneth of Roanoke and Judy Welcher and her husband Charlie of Churchville; special friends, David Fussell and Bobby Knott both from FL, Nancy Perry of Texas and Dotty Tisdale of Staunton; a number of nieces and nephews also
survive.
A service of Celebration will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Monday, August 22, 2011 in the Christ United Methodist Church by Pastor Robert A. Edwards.
Honorary pallbearers will be co-workers of Martins Foods attending the service.
The family will receive friends 6-8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 20, 2011 and Sunday, August 21, 2011 at the residence and following the service at Christ United Methodist Church.
