Garnett Malcolm Roadcap, 80, husband of Arlene Ann (Jochimson) Roadcap of 2084 Barren Ridge Road, went to be reunited with his parents, Lloyd M. and Iva Eustler Roadcap and son, Stanley Roadcap (1963-1992), on Thursday, November 13, 2014.
Mr. Roadcap was born on October 10, 1934, in Ft. Defiance.
Garnett was a member of Zion Lutheran Church. He served in the United States Army and retired from Moores Lumber \u0026 Building Supplies in 1992 after 33 years as a salesman.
Surviving in addition to his loving wife are two sons, Kenneth A. Roadcap of Staunton and Steve A. Roadcap of Stuarts Draft; a daughter, Teresa R. Caldwell and husband Bruce of Pilot, VA; a brother, Webb Roadcap and wife Phyllis; two sisters, Hazel R. Flanery and Judy R. Hardy and husband Lynn all of Greensboro, NC; and a granddaughter, Aspen Roadcap of VA Beach.
A Memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 23, 2014, in the Zion Lutheran Church, Waynesboro, by Rev. James Pence. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
