Frances Marie Sissy Nuckolls, 44, of Staunton, passed away Sunday, December 28, 2014 at her home with her best and closest friend Jessica Folks by her side.
She was a phenomenal woman, mother, and grandmother, and loved by so many. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Frances Riley; and her mother, Paula Seay.
Frances is survived by her children Katie Nuckolls, Heather Nuckolls, JR Nuckolls, Josh Nuckolls, Paula Nuckolls, and Terry ONeil; two special granddaughters, Cadence and Sophie Nuckolls and seven other grandchildren; a very special uncle Kenneth Shaw that she held dear to her heart; and an uncle, Bob Shaw; three brothers, Nelson Seay, Ralph Seay, Wayne Seay; and a sister-in-law, Candace Seay.
A Celebration of Life in memory of Sissy, will be held 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2015 at the home of Kenneth Shaw, 417 Howardsville Road, Staunton.
