Faye Marie (Marshall) Bosserman, 68, wife of Jerry Wayne Bosserman of 225 McBrydge Drive, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Bosserman was born on September 23, 1947 in Rockingham County, a daughter of the late Ivan and Rita (Hammer) Marshall.
Faye was a faithful member and elder of The Lighthouse Church, she was a great woman of faith and a Godly example to her family and those around her. She enjoyed working with children and was actively involved in the childrens ministry within her church as well as serving as a camp counselor for several church camps throughout the valley. She enjoyed traveling, eating out, working with flowers, spending time with her family and her pet puppy, Zoey.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bosserman was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Kaleb and Holly.
Surviving in addition to her husband of forty-seven years, is a son, Tony Bosserman; a daughter, Julie Coyner and her husband Brian; a brother, Darrell Marshall and his wife Traci; five grandchildren, Nathan, Jeremy, Hannah, Abigail and Izabelle; a great-granddaughter, Bryleigh; two nephews, Brian and Brett and a niece, Brooke, all of Swoope.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 30, 2015 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory or the residence at other times.
A celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31, 2015 in The Lighthouse Church by Pastor Harold L. Wade.
Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memory Gardens.
Active pallbearers will be Darrell, Brian and Brett Marshall, Brian Coyner, Nathan and Jeremy Newlen.
