passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016 in the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville.
Ezra was born on April 22, 2009 in Fishersville.
Surviving in addition to his mother of Staunton, is his step-father, Charles Lewis, III of Waynesboro; two brothers, JaKobe Smith and Prince Lyn Smith; his maternal grandmother, Melissa Smith and her husband Nathaniel Stinnett; maternal grandfather, Kirk Gray all of Staunton; paternal grandfather, James Decker, II of PA; paternal grandmother, Kathy Grammie Decker of Staunton; paternal great- grandparents, Ave and George Mom \u0026 Pop Zamuchieli of PA; an uncle, Trevor Smith and his friend Katie Bui; three aunts, Brooklyn, Mackenzie and Jalyn Gray all of Staunton and a special cousin, Chasyn Mae Smith,
Services will be private in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor Daniel Carter.
Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Trevor Smith, Nathaniel Stinnett, Cory Jewels, Kirk Gray.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive is in charge of his arrangements.
