Eva Jane Johnson's Obituary
Eva Jane (Swink) Johnson, 75, widow of John Cyrus Johnson of Montgomery Avenue passed away Saturday, December 5, 2015 in Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Johnson was born on September 7, 1940 in Orange County, a daughter of the late Robert Ney and Frances (Smith) Swink.
Eva was a homemaker, she enjoyed reading and studying the Bible and she enjoyed crocheting.
Surviving are two sons, Richard Johnson of Port Republic and Robert O. Johnson of Staunton; two daughters, Michelle Fowler of Orlando, FL and Rebecca A. Knotts of Eagle Rock; twentysix grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and two sisters-in-law, Virginia J. King and Mary Groah.
Mrs. Johnson was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 11, 2015 in Oaklawn Memory Gardens by Pastor John M. Ward.
