Eunice Elizabeth Oliver's Obituary
Eunice Elizabeth (Carlson) Oliver, 96, formerly of Grubert Avenue passed away Monday, January 22, 2018 at Birch Gardens Assisted Living in Fishersville.
Mrs. Oliver was born on August 24, 1921 in Jackson, Wyoming, a daughter of the late Roger Frederick and Lauretta Mary (Sensenbach) Carlson.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Oliver was preceded in death by two daughters, Roberta J. Gilbo and Delores D. Henson.
Surviving is a daughter, Gayle A. Winders and her husband Clay H. of Staunton; a son, John F. Oliver and his wife Linda of Thousand Oaks, California; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Charles Carlson and Eugene Carlson; a sister Ellenour Buchanan; and a number of nieces and nephews.
All services will be private.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to the local regional SPCA of their choice.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of her arrangements.
