Erma Lillion (Sensabaugh) Burns, 88, wife of Lewis Pauly Burns, of Parkersburg Turnpike, Swoope, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2025 at her residence.
Mrs. Burns was born in Rockbridge County, Virginia on December 20, 1936, the daughter of the late James David "Jim" Sensabaugh and Beatrice Winnie (Zimmerman) Sensabaugh.
Erma retired from Westinghouse, where she worked in marketing, and was a member of Buffalo Gap Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Burns was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, is a sister-in-law, Sandra Kaye (Burns) McDaniels of Swoope.
Those desiring make pay their respects from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A graveside service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025 at Thornrose Cemetery by Pastor Gwen Carr.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
