Deborah Sue (Wright) Puckett, 60, wife of Steven E. Puckett of 13 Indian Ridge Road, passed away Saturday, December 9, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Puckett was born on August 17, 1957 in Lexington, Virginia, daughter of the late Donald Wright and Annie Lee (Campbell) Puffenbarger.
Deborah was employed as a sales clerk with Pilot Truck Stop in Greenville and she loved nothing more than spending time with her precious grandchildren.
In addition to her husband of 39 years, Mrs. Puckett is survived by a son, Thomas E. Puckett and his wife Leslie of Staunton; a daughter, Maranda D. Cook and her husband Matthew of Verona; a brother, Danny Wright of Lexington and three grandchildren, Annalice Puckett, Willa Puckett and Madison Cook; a special dear sister, Barbara Clifton and her husband Wade of Verona; and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2017 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. William Trice.
Burial will follow in Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Michael Conner, Gerry Chandler, Ricky Campbell, Frankie Campbell, Doug Campbell, John Moran and Timmy Nuckoles.
Honorary pallbearers will be her cousins attending the service.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
