David Emory Newton, 67, husband of Susan (Sutton) Newton of Staunton passed away Monday, April 16, 2018 at his residence.
Mr. Newton was born on September 27, 1950 in Richmond, a son of Marion (Mann) Newton and the late Kenneth Emory Newton.
David was a member of White Hill Church of the Brethren, and was employed as a real estate agent for over twenty-seven years.
Surviving in addition to his mother and wife, is a brother, Steven H. Newton and his wife Faith; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor David Chappell and Pastor Jim Chappell.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of his arrangements.
