Daniel Ivan "Danny" Bryant, 68, of Lee Jackson Highway in Greenville passed away Saturday, August 27, 2022 in the University of Virginia Hospital.

Mr. Bryant was born on November 24, 1953 in Lexington, Virginia, a son of the late Fishburn Bryant and Ocie Lee (Fitzgerald) Bryant Campbell.

Mr. Bryant was the owner and operator of Bryant's Excavating and Septic Service.  He was a member of Blue Ridge Moose Lodge #2135 in Fairfield. "Danny" enjoyed raising cattle and working in his profession.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bryant was preceded in death by his brother, Carson Eugene Bryant and his step-father, Lawrence Campbell.

"Danny" was the last surviving member of his immediate family.

Surviving is a daughter, Danelle (Bryant) Moran of Greenville; former wife and friend, Alesia "Willie" Hays and his grandson, Jaxon Moran all of Greenville.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Friday, September 2, 2022 in Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Pastor John Ward.

The family will receive friends following the service.
