Dale Sherwood Cash, 65, of 522 Jefferson Highway passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at his residence.

Mr. Cash was born on November 28, 1951 in Augusta County, a son of Donald S. Cash and the late Edith (Davis) Cash.

Dale never met a stranger.

Surviving in addition to his father of Staunton are three brothers, Johnny Cash of Fishersville, Timmy Cash of Staunton and Toby Cash of Crimora; two sisters, Debbie Beverage and Becky Stinnett both of Staunton; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory and other times at the residence of Dales sister, Becky Stinnett, 690 Alextine Drive, Staunton.

A Celebration of life will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 3, 2017 in Linden Heights Baptist Church by Rev. Luke Smith.

Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memory Gardens.

Active pallbearers will be Johnny Cash, Timmy Cash, Toby Cash, Bobby Keyser, Wayne Keyser, and Mark Reed.
