Dale Daniel Bell, Sr., 63, husband of Debra W. Bell of 838 Paul Street, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018 in Augusta Health in Fishersville surrounded by his family.

Mr. Bell was born on September 22, 1954 in Staunton, a son of the late Calvin Stanley, Sr. and Mary Marguerite (Golliday) Bell.

Dale was employed as a welder at McQuay in Verona, he enjoyed camping in Tennessee and spending time with his dogs, Misty and Maggie.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Bell was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis Gordon Bell; in-laws, Marvin L. Sr., and Nellie (Tidd) Wagner; brothers-in-law, Frederick L. Wagner and Marvin L. Wagner, Jr.; sister-in-law, Barbara Ellen (Landes) Bell; and a special furry friend, Misty.

Surviving in addition to his wife, is a son Dale D. Bell, Jr. and his fiance Candice McBride of Staunton; two brothers, Robert Bob Bell and his wife Pat of Staunton and Calvin Stanley Bell, Jr. of Waynesboro; two nieces, Bridget Hall and family and Kitty Bell and family; a nephew, Justin Bell and his family; and a special furry friend, Maggie.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2018 in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
