Conrad Frederick Sandhage, 85, husband of Axella (Reynolds) Sandhage of Riverview Drive, Verona passed away January 12, 2021 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Mr. Sandhage was born in Spring Valley, New York on June 28, 1935 a son of the late Harvey G. and Christina (Pitt) Sandhage.

Conrad was a member of the Verona Methodist Church and served in the United States Army National Guard.

Surviving in addition to his wife of sixty-five years, is a son, Patrick D. Sandhage and his wife, Brenda of Montgomery, New York; two daughters, Sherilyn C. Carroll and her husband, Charles of Walden, New York and Connie F. Paxton of Stuarts Draft; a sister, Margaret Peggy Heddricks of Montgomery, New York; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

All services are private.
