Charlotte Frances (Schultz) Dow, 91, widow of Lawrence Arthur Dow of 192 Abbington Road, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. Dow was born on August 26, 1926 in Jersey City, New Jersey, a daughter of the late Frank and Charlotte Dorothy (Smolski) Schultz.
Charlotte was a member of the Reformed Church of Oradell in New Jersey, co-owner of Beverley Office Supply and Equipment, and a wonderful homemaker. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and was a talented artist.
Surviving is a son Roy Dow; a daughter, Carol (Dow) Ratliff and her husband Paul of Swoope; three grandchildren, Sean Ratliff and his fiance Alison Oelke McCaul, Tara Ratliff, and Alisa (Ratliff) Moore and her husband Jacob; a great-grandson, Kayden Lawrence Allen Moore; a sister, Ruth (Schultz) White of Greensboro, North Carolina; and a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Celebration of life will be conducted 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 14, 2018 in the Hebron Presbyterian Church by Pastor Frank Wyche.
Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
