Carolyn Ann (Johnson) Taylor, 62, of Staunton, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the Shenandoah Hospice House in Fishersville.

Ms. Taylor was born in Richmond, Virginia on May 1, 1962, a daughter of William Carroll Johnson, Sr. and Emily Wheatley (Brame) Dodge.

Carolyn enjoyed flower gardening.

Ms. Taylor was preceded in death by a sister, Ann Marie Duncan.

Surviving, in addition to her mother and father of Staunton, is her step-mother, Ellen (H.) Johnson of Staunton; a son, Casey Taylor and his wife, Hope; a daughter, Nicole Jacobs and her husband, L.J.; two brothers, William C. Johnson, Jr. and his wife, Gail of Waynesboro and Samuel H. Johnson and his wife, Catherine of Staunton; two sisters, Dianne Truslow and her husband, Ronnie of Waynesboro and Kathy Johnson of Staunton; and six grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.

There will be no public services.
