Carol Bruce "Brucie" (Malcolm) Crum, 80, wife of William Edward "Bill" Crum of Churchville, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022 at Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital in Harrisonburg.

She was born in Rockingham County, Virginia on August 19, 1941 a daughter of the late Bruce Malcolm and Ethel (Eckard) Malcolm Allanson.

Carol was a member of Parnassus United Methodist Church and was very involved in the musical aspect of the church and was a retired organist.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Merle Malcolm Taliaferro and Jean Malcolm Michael.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, Mark Edward Crum and Timothy Bruce Crum; a step-brother, Donald Allanson and his wife, Bettie.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 in Oaklawn Memory Gardens with Reverend William "Bill" Trice officiating.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
