Carl Henry Snead, 68, of Staunton, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.

Mr. Snead was born in Staunton, Virginia on September 20, 1954, a son of the late Carey Randal Snead and Mary Lillian "Tootie" (Campbell) Snead.

Carl was a self-employed truck driver for over forty years and was a member of Shenandoah Valley Mopar Club.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Snead was preceded in death by a brother, Larry T. Snead.

Surviving, is a daughter, Desire D. Wolfe and her husband, Kevin of Stuarts Draft; twin granddaughters, Megan and Morgan Wolfe; a brother, Oscar Snead of Stuarts Draft; a sister, Margaret (Snead) Redman of Staunton; and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022 in Calvary United Methodist Church Cemetery by Reverend William "Bill" Trice.

The family will receive friends at the residence of his daughter and son-in-law anytime Friday through Sunday at 49 Locust Grove Lane, Stuarts Draft, Virginia.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
