Bryan David Shuey, 37, of Bingham Street, Verona, passed away Monday, September 16, 2024 in Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg.

Bryan was born on February 21, 1987 in Charlottesville, Virginia, a son of Helen Lee (Dickson) Shuey and the late Roger Lee Shuey, Sr.

Bryan enjoyed listening to "old" country music and camping.

In addition to his mother of Verona, Bryan is survived by four siblings, Roger Lee Shuey, Jr. and wife Alesia, Curtis Wayne Shuey and wife Donna, Darlene (Shuey) Burns and husband Mike, all of Verona and Derek Wayne Shuey of Grottoes; and a very precious caregiver of 22 years with whom Bryan had a special bond, Wanda Via.

There will be no public viewing.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 19, 2024 in Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens by Pastor Theresa Moore.

Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
