Betty Lee (Wiseman) Anderson, 80, wife of John William Anderson, of 27 Teaberry Place, Fishersville, passed away Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in Augusta Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Mrs. Anderson was born on August 17, 1938 in Augusta County, a daughter of the late Aldine L. and Louise Florence (Jones) Wiseman.
Betty was retired as a line operator from Cargill Turkey Plant, she enjoyed puzzle books, wood search, gardening, and reading her bible.
Betty loved her pet cat "Kibbles" and will be remembered as a "simple lady who loved her family."
In addition to her husband, Betty is survived by a son, Bobby L. "Bob" Dull and his wife Josie of Fishersville; a daughter, Brenda L. Shiflett of Raphine; a sister, Joyce Rowe of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Katie Dull, Abigail Dull, Kristin Hicks, Christopher Wright, and Roseanna Doyle; and nine great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of life will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 17, 2019 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, is in charge of her arrangements.
