Betty Joyce (Clark) Price, 75, widow of Tommy Joe Price, of 507 Victoria Drive passed away Saturday, November 14, 2015 in Augusta Health in Fishersville. Mrs. Price was born on September 18, 1940 in Mullens, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Roy and Hassie Margaret (Roles) Clark. Betty was self-employed as owner and operator of the Verona 7-11 for over forty years and was a devoted housewife and mother. Survivors include a son, Kyle J. Price of Staunton; two daughters, Jean (Price) Cook and her husband Mark of New Hope and Diana (Price) Hoad and her husband Darrin of Fishersville; a brother, C.R. Clark of St. Petersburg, FL.; eight grandchildren, Ashley N. Cook and her husband Daniel, Kristen B. Armstrong and her husband Matt, Megan L. Cook and her fianc, Justin Wilkins, Nicole H. Tressler and her husband Mark, Thomas K. Price, Devin Hoad, Cami Hoad and Maddy Hoad; and four great-grandchildren, Kaileigh Armstrong, Autumn Armstrong, Austyn Armstrong and Carter Cook also survive. A Memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 21, 2015 in Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church by Pastor John Crawford, III and Pastor Temple D. Myers.
