Dr. Zellner was born in Monroe County, Georgia on April 16, 1942, a son of the late Benjamin Holmes Zellner, Jr. and Euna Virginia (Dumas) Zellner.
Burial will take place in Culloden City Cemetery in Forsyth (Monroe County), Georgia.
