Beatrice Ann (Harding) Reed's Obituary
Beatrice Ann (Harding) Reed, 85, wife of Charles Herbert Reed of Fishersville passed away Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Reed was born in Angelica, New York on March 3, 1935, a daughter of the late Rueben C. and Hazel E. (Scott) Harding.
Beatrice was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church. She was a retired Registered Nurse and she enjoyed square dancing.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Reed was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah A. Reed; granddaughter, Deanna E. Becker; three brothers, Lloyd Harding, Howard Harding, and James Harding; and a sister, Theda Litzenburger.
Mrs. Reed was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Surviving in addition to her husband of sixty-three years, is a son, James P. "Jim" Reed and his wife Elizabeth M. of Whitney Point, New York; a daughter, Vanessa L. Becker and her husband Richard of Victor, New York; a granddaughter, Paige A. Reed; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be held at a later date.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton, Virginia is in charge of her arrangements.
