Antoniette Lucille (Lupino) Mugavero, 90, widow of Thomas Mugavero of 1000 Leaport Road, passed away Monday, April 6, 2015, at her residence.
Mrs. Mugavero was born January 24, 1925 in Manhattan, New York, a daughter of the late Joseph and Susan (Piccolo) Lupino.
Antoniette was a member of the Staunton Senior Center, she enjoyed sewing, quilting and all types of crafts.
Surviving is a son, Thomas Mugavero and his wife Patricia of Pueblo West, CO; two daughters, Patricia Harder and her husband Max of Verona and JoAnn Tremel and her husband Jimmy of Staunton; a brother, John Luppino of Colorado Springs, CO; a sister, Madeline Cerrito of St. James, NY; ten grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at a later date in New York.
It is suggested those desiring make memorial contributions to made the Staunton Senior Center, 300 Churchville Avenue, Staunton, Virginia 24401 or American Cancer Society, South Atlantic Division, 1445 East Rio Road, Suite 104, Charlottesville, Virginia 22901.
