Anne (Jordan) Roller, 77, wife of George Callender Roller, of 112 Audubon Street, Staunton, passed away Thursday, December 6, 2018 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Mrs. Roller was born on February 18, 1941 in Staunton, a daughter of the late James Willard Jordan and Georgia Alice (Houser) Robinson.
Anne enjoyed needle work, playing board games and puzzles with her family. One of her greatest joys was being with her granddaughters and taking care of her family and friends. Her heart touched those that knew her and she was always willing to lend a hand.
In addition to her parents, Anne was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Willard Jordan.
In addition to her husband, of sixty years, whom she loved dearly, Anne is survived by a son, Kenneth S. Roller and his wife Teresa of Staunton; a brother, George D. Jordan and his wife Sandra of Staunton; two grandchildren, Mackenzie M. Roller and Rebecca Anne "Annie" Roller; step-sister, Billie W. Quigley and her husband Dan of Waynesboro; two sisters-in-law, Emma W. Jordan of Staunton, and Virginia R. Cummings and her husband Robert of Waynesboro; brother-in-law, Dr. John R. Roller and his wife Judy of Waynesboro; and numerous nieces and nephews who held a very special place in her heart.
A Celebration of life will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2018 in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by Rev. Sarah Locke.
The family will receive friends following the service.
