Amy Lynn Harding, 36, of 69 South River Drive passed away Thursday, April 17, 2014 at her residence.
Miss Harding was born in Fairfax on August 1, 1977, a daughter of Emanuel David and Constance Emilie Connie (Edwards) Harding.
Amy was a member of Victory Worship Center. She graduated from Riverheads High School in 1995 and was recognized in the National Junior Honor Society. She worked at Target in the packing department for sixteen years; she was an avid New York Yankees and North Carolina Tar Heel fan and she loved her pups.
In addition to her infant brother, Brian Keith Harding, Amy was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Frederick W. and Johanna E. Edwards and her paternal grandparents, Ellsworth W. and Mary E. Harding.
Surviving in addition to her parents of Stuarts Draft are two sisters, Holly M. Canterbury and her husband SFC. Scott of Stuarts Draft and Katie C. Roby and her husband Nathan of Swoope; four nieces, Elizabeth Canterbury, Emily Canterbury, Jenna Canterbury and Brooklyn Canterbury; three nephews, Jason Canterbury, Parker Roby and Weston Roby; and her pups, DiMaggio, Torre, Jeter, and Mickey also survive.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, April 21, 2014 at Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Celebration of life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 22, 2014 in the Victory Worship Center by Pastor Ray Eppard.
Burial will follow in Thornrose Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Nathan Roby, SFC Scott Canterbury, Steve Morris, Jimmy Morris, Donald Roby, and Allyn Edwards.
It is suggested that those desiring make memorial contributions be made to Victory Worship Center and World Outreach, 200 Hammond Lane, Staunton, VA 24401.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive, Staunton is in charge of her arrangements.
