Amanda K. Bush
Amanda Kaye Bush, 20 of 183 China Clay Road, Stuarts Draft, passed away Sunday, (November 30, 2008) in Staunton.
Amanda was born on October 16, 1988 in Charlottesville, daughter of Alfred Lee Al Bush and Pamela Jane Ingram.
She was a very loving person and never met a stranger is what many of Amandas friends and family say about her. She cared for and had a love for the children that she kept, loving them as if they were her own.
She was preceded in death by a brother Lee Bush, maternal grandfather, Mr. Frank Ben Bradford and paternal grandparents, James H. and Pauline Bush.
In addition to her parents, Amanda is survived by a brother, Joshua Ingram of Salem; Aunts, Mary Brown and her husband Larry of Missouri, Judy Beckner and her husband Roger of Rocky Mount, Va. and Gertrude Robertson of Salem; a very close and special great-aunt, Carol Cale of Stuarts Draft; great-uncles, Buck and David Walters of Roanoke and a number of cousins including Heather and Patrick.
A celebration of Amandas Life will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Saturday, (December 6, 2008) in the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel by the Rev. Cliff Hudgins.
Burial will follow in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Active pallbearers will be Willie Johnson, William Truslow, Joshua Ingram, Nathan and Daniel Hudgins and Roger Beckner.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday evening in the Coffman Funeral Home and other times at her residence.
