STAUNTON

Allen Graham Pete Warren, 76, husband of Ella Mae (Peters) Warren of 1158 New Hope Road, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2011 at his residence.
Mr. Warren was born on June 18, 1935 in Goshen, a son of the late Hershey Graham and Gertie (Miller) Warren.
Mr. Warren was a life-long farmer and was employed by J.M. Moore Farm for over 50 years. He enjoyed hunting, Country and Blue Grass music and spending time with his grandchildren he so dearly loved.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Sam Warren; four sisters, Bonnie Foster, Eva Thompson, Virginia Shifflett and Flavie Weese; three grandsons, Todd Warren, Steve Spears and Carl Lee Warren.
Surviving in addition to his wife of 59 years is a son, Charles Graham Chip Warren of Staunton; two daughters, Lois W. Myers and her companion Zane of Stuarts Draft and Alice Fay Moran and her husband Melvin of Greenville; a special nephew, Michael Thompson; two brothers, Mason Warren of Craigsville and Wayne Warren of Swoope; ten sisters, Ruth Armstrong of Fishersville, Evelyn Spivey and Mickey McCloud both of Raleigh, NC, Nellie Jackson of Goshen, Charlotte Doyle of Craigsville, Molly Wade and Jane Mawery both of Waynesboro, Becky Brown of Churchville, Linda Phillips of Whittier, NC and Vickie Wilson of Staunton; eight grandchildren, Shawnie, Kelly, John, Jason, Kady, Deidre, Jimmy and Rosie; thirteen great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday evening, October 27, 2011 at the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.
Funeral service will be private.
It is suggested those desiring to make memorial contributions to a charity of ones choice.
Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory, 230 Frontier Drive in Staunton is in charge of his arrangements.
