Biography

Mary Elsie Wade, 58, of 601 North Augusta Avenue passed away Monday, April 2, 2012 at Augusta Health in Fishersville.
Ms. Wade was born September 21, 1953 in Crimora, a daughter of the late Randall and Lottie (Henderson) Wade.
Survivors are a son, Anthony Lane Wade of Waynesboro; a grandson whom she raised, Nathanel Curry of Waynesboro; two sisters, Martha Wade and Maria W. Darcus both of Waynesboro; two grandchildren also survive.
A memorial service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2012 in the Morning Star Baptist Church.
Burial will be private.
Arrangements are pending at this time.
It is suggested that in lieu of flowers donations be sent to Maria W. Darcus, 207 Skyland Avenue, Waynesboro, VA 22980 to help with funeral expenses.
